Structural engineering is critical for any covered structure. Posts must be anchored to proper footings below frost line, beams must be sized for snow load and wind resistance, and connections must use structural hardware rated for the loads involved. In the Fraser Valley, where wet snow events and wind storms can produce significant loads, proper engineering is not optional. Every structure we build meets or exceeds BC Building Code requirements.

We integrate covered structures with your existing landscape and hardscaping for a seamless look. Electrical is planned for lighting, ceiling fans, heaters, and speakers.
