Privacy policy

Who we are

Trueform Landscape & Hardscape Ltd. ("Trueform", "we") is a landscape and hardscape contractor based in Abbotsford, British Columbia. This policy covers trueformhardscapes.ca and the estimate requests sent through it. We follow British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).

What we collect

When you request an estimate: your name, phone number, email address, the property address, the type of project, your timing, and how you prefer to be contacted.

When you browse the site: privacy-friendly page analytics (pages viewed, device type, approximate region), and, if you arrived from an ad, the campaign details in the link (for example utm_source or a click id). If our Meta (Facebook) pixel is active, Meta may set cookies to measure our ads. You can block these in your browser settings.

How we use it

To contact you about your request, book a site visit, prepare your estimate and follow up on it. To understand which pages and ads bring people to us, so we can spend less on advertising that doesn't help. We do not sell your information.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers we use to run the business and this site: our customer management system (GoHighLevel), our website host (Vercel), and our analytics and advertising providers (Vercel Analytics, Umami, and Meta when our pixel is active). They may store data outside Canada, including in the United States.

Calls, texts and email

When you send a request, we contact you about it by call, text or email. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text, or ask us by phone or email, and we will stop.

How long we keep it

We keep estimate requests and project records for as long as we need them to quote, build and stand behind our work, including any warranty period, and as required for our business records.

Your choices

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent to further contact. Email or call us and we will respond within 30 days.
